I couldn’t really celebrate my birthday weekend without a trip to the Chocolate Cellar, could I?

Paul first came to Liverpool in 1975, when he took these photos. I first met him earlier this year when he came back to start preparing for an exhibition of his photos which will be held in the city next year.

This week during another hectic visit to Liverpool involving a lot of meetings, interviews about the exhibition and community days in which he tried to track down the people he photographed back in 1975, I was dead chuffed that he took time out to visit the Having a do exhibition at St Luke’s. Of course, I had to take his portrait.
