Today I made my first visit to the Christmas market since it opened at the weekend. Naturally I made a beeline for the paella stand – it’s a real treat being able to get paella for one, as you have to buddy up and order it for two in restaurants, which is annoying when none of your friends like it. I was very excited to find that there are two paella stalls this year, look forward to doing thorough taste tests of both :)
